Weecycle of Gainesville, Inc. Consignment Agreement
We appreciate your business; our goal is to bring you Top Dollar for Your Consignment.
Consignors will receive 40% of the selling price on all items.
- Price will be set by Weecycle and may be negotiated to close a sale.
- Items will be kept on the sales floor for at least 60 days & up to 90 days.
- After 45 Days items are discounted as much as 25%
- After 60 Days items are discounted as much as 50%
- If an item is found to be unsellable for any reason, the item will be donated.
- Consigned items may be picked up; within 10 Days of the end of your 90-Day agreement term, otherwise, items will be donated.
- Amounts of less than $25.00 may be picked up in cash at any time during regular business hours with ID.
- For any amount over $25.00, a check must be requested and will be mailed out once a month.
- Weecycle is not responsible for any item stolen, lost, or damaged.
- If an account has no activity for 9 months, it will be placed inactive.
- Accounts restored from inactive status within 6 months will receive Store Credit for any remaining balance.
- Inactive accounts that remain dormant for more than 6 months will be permanently closed and any credit on account will be deleted.
